چکیده

Abstract This study was carried out in the agricultural fields of College Agriculture - Karbala University for period from October year 2021 AD until May 2022 AD, The included two factors, first cultivation fenugreek seeds on three loops (20/10/2021) (10/11/2021) (30/11/2021) and second factor use conventional nano fertilizer NPK by spraying leaves with five combinations, including comparison treatment (Distilled water only, 1g.L -1 neutralized fertilizer, 2g.L 100ml.L nano-fertilizer, 200mlL nano-fertilizer. were distributed using a split-plot method randomized complete block design (RCBD) replications, planting dates set main-plots combinations sub-plots, so number experimental units is 45 units, results analyzed statistically Genstst program, averages tested according to L.S.D test at probability level 0.05. showed that third date superior rest trait percentage protein an average 23.30% alkaloids 2.9333%, while recorded least significant difference 22.78% 1.8467%, respectively, While superiority most used over treatment, fifth combination outperformed giving it highest rate all studied characteristics, oil seeds, which amounted (5.2444% 9.211%), lowest 5.1400% 5.844% as overlap between dates, affected significantly characteristics secondary metabolites compounds, are (2.8000%, 9.867%, 5.2633%), interaction (distilled only) traits.
